Here are the new hours for our classes.

Mondays yoga all levels

8.30 am and 10 am in English
16.30 pm in Spanish and 18.30 pm English.

Thursday yoga all levels

8:30 am and 10 am both in English

Friday yoga all levels

8:30 am and 10 am both in English

All classes are fitted to the physical complaints of the students.

The groups are min 3 students and max 9 students

Minimum 3 people, if one person does not come, the class is canceled. Cancellations 24 hours before or classes will be charged.

As most problems appear as the years go by, the classes are all about lenghening the muscles and creating space within the body.
